How to cure acidity

Acidity is a big problem in India. Almost 70% of the population suffers because of Acidity.Acidity is a term used for a set of symptoms caused by excess production of acid by the gastric glands of the stomach. now a days young generation of our country also suffers because of this. this is a big problem for those who don't know the cure, but you are not among them anymore. here are those easy steps to deal with chronic acidity problem :-

  1.  Sip water before eat & after 20 minutes drink water : so here is the easiest solution to get rid of acidity. whenever you are going to eat something sip some water before you eat, just one or tow sip of water is enough, then eat your food. then after eating don't drink water immediately. just wait for around 20 minutes and then you drink water. Trust me this trick works like magic. It doesn't mater what you ate, how much you ate, when you ate this trick always works                                                                                                                                                       
  2. Drink Amla juice (Indian gooseberry) early in the morning empty stomach : amla juice is very effective for preventing Acidity. Drink atleast 20ml of Amla juice daily with little warm water and you will feel the difference from the day you start.
  3. Drink Alovera Juice early in the morning empty stomach : Alovera juice also works like magic. alovera is actully anti acidity . Drink atleast 20ml of Alovera juice daily with little warm water and you will feel the difference from the day you start. plus it will also help you to make your skin glow.
  4. Eat less fast foods and fried item fast food and fried things like samoosa, egg roll, chowmin what your local fast food shop playes a vital role on your acidity. try less to eat this sort of things as much as you can
  5. Chew your food properly: You must have heard from your grandparents or parents that you should chew your food 32 times before you swallow.. and must have totally ignored like every times you do. but this is actually correct if you chew your food properly the chances of your acidity lowers by 40%. nice huh ? then next time chew your food as long as it is not properly melts. 
  6. Dont watch TV, smartphone or your computer screen while you eat: if your mom says you to not watch TV while you eat please listen to her. she is absolutely correct. You should look at your food while you eat. when you look at your food while eating your brain sends signal to your stomach to release chemicals what you need to digest your food. because of this you are able to digest your food properly and don't have any chance of acidity.
